The Season of Creation runs from September 1st to October 4th, the feast of St Francis of Assisi.
The theme for this year 2023 is “Let Peace and Justice Flow”.
Pope Francis appeals to each of us:
“Let us live, work and pray so that our common home may again team with life”
He invites us to
- Transform our live
- Change our lifestyle
- Lobby our leaders for THE HEALING OF OUR EARTH
We are responsible to each other and to all of creation. We are counting on each other to “let peace and justice flow”.
During the coming weeks, we will be inviting you to various activities to celebrate the Season of Creation.
On Friday, September 1st, we will again have the joy of welcoming the Eco Congregation Justice Candle to St Joseph’s Parish at the beginning of 10 am liturgy.
